CHANGE TO OUR LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, for many years now, we've had a series of problems with our 3rd-party application that we employ to generate, maintain, and reward our Customer Loyalty (points) Program. That said, we have decided to end the loyalty points program.  However, we will allow you to use the discount code “BLANKSTHANKS10”, which will give you 10% off.  This will be for a one-time discount, and it expires on April 31st.

So, from now until April 31st, you have an opportunity to get 10% off any order you place, whether you had 200 points saved up or if you had 10 points saved up. We just want to be fair to all.

Going forward, we will automatically apply 10% discount to individual orders totaling $300 or more (not including shipping).

Looking ahead, we're hoping this makes things easier and the website more consistent for all of us!
