Add a monogram or name to any of our products for $15.00. 

Let us know by sending an email to Littleblanks@yahoo.com which item(s) you want to be monogrammed, where you want the monogram located, which font, preferred color thread (we have most colors) and the name or monogram (exactly as you want it spelled). 

You will receive an email of the proof, prior to us doing the embroidery.
