Shipping & Delivery Policy

We work hard to ship all orders quickly and safely.

Once a package has been marked “Delivered”by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. Little Blanks, LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

• Check all entry points around your home

• Check with neighbors

• Check with household members

• Allow 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages prior to final delivery)

If the package is still not located after completing the steps above, please contact us. We are happy to assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

• Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.

• Replacement or refund requests will be determined after the carrier investigation is finalized.

• If a replacement shipment is requested before the investigation is complete, a new order must be placed. If the original package is officially declared lost by the carrier, reimbursement will be issued at that time.

Delivery Protection

For added peace of mind, optional Delivery Protection is available for purchase at checkout.

Delivery Protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

By declining Delivery Protection at checkout, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the possession of the carrier.

Little Blanks, LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders where Delivery Protection was declined and the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
